Job description:

As bar manager you are responsible for:

• Managing the crew
• Planning (follow-up taking into account the weather and how busy it is)
• Optimising the work flow
• Communication with crew, suppliers and other parties
• Orders & stock management
• Commercial eye when offering suggestions
• Guarding the quality of our service
• Order and cleanliness of bar and terrace area

Competences:

• You are a natural leader with a strong sense of responsibility
• You are cool under stress - you perform even better under stress ;-)
• You are flexible - you're not afraid of unregular hours, especially during the high season (April until September)
• You work independently and think practically - you like rolling up your sleeves and handling things!
• You have strong communicative skills - you are in direct contact with members, clients, suppliers, and crew.
• You have a commercial & client-oriented attitude - our priority is client satisfaction!
• You have a positive appearance – your smile shines on our clients!
  

Contract

Contract of limited duration (1 April until 31 October)
