Aqua Walking / Longe Côte

Discover the fresh, emerging water work-out that is also conquering Surfing Elephant!

What is it?
Longe Côte, also called aqua walking, comes from the French coast. You walk in chest-deep water, neatly parallel to the coastline, in a sportive and relaxed atmosphere.

Why is it so cool?
Full-body training: The resistance of the seawater activates your legs, arms, back and core - without a hard impact.
Very gentle on your joints: The upward buoyancy force provides a gentle load. Ideal also after an injury.
Nature power: You literally stand in the middle of the elements – currents, tides, salty views – and feel the energy of the sea in every step.

For whom?
Whether you want to boost your fitness, support your recovery, or are simply looking for a refreshing activity in nature: Longe Côte is suitable for everyone. And by walking in the sea you train your body and mind in a surprisingly effective way.
